A North Devon based highly passionate Chef with 26 years experience, many accolades and 5 years advanced training in London’s prestigious Dorchester hotel. I have now launched my own business after leaving my previous 6 year award winning head chef role in Georgeham and I am now cooking in various locations in the area offering private catering as well as local pop ups and various other events. Known for my Asian influenced infusion dishes through years of travelling I also cook a range of recipes from around the world as well as the great British classics to ensure all taste buds are singing.
